Super Heavyweight David Riley recently was the Class Winner and Overall Champion at the 2010 NPC Southern States Bodybuilding Competition. Bodybuilder Posedown
Its always great to see bodybuilders showing off their hard work and they definitely should be proud of their bodies. Came across this youtube clip of 3 bodybuilders in the gym doing a little posedown (2 guys and 1 gal).
My favorite is seeing bodybuilders with pants down by their ankles to show off their "wheels".
