These live muscle shows are fun. I've been to a few. It's not everyday you can see this kind of muscle in person. And better yet, you can give a tip and touch as they flex on stage. My twin brother Dino will be there. Go say, "Hi!".

Angelo Garcia, who previously I wrote about his Menudo background and music videos, has launched a new website, Angelo Pop. He is trying to get one of his demo tracks ready for radio airplay and he needs your help. He needs to raise $6250 in 30 days.
